Courage Classic - Tour de Davidson

A Big Thank You to all of our family and friends donating to the Mary Bridge Children's Hospital Courage Classic Ride!!!   The guys made it home exhausted but, still smiling!   In fact, Alex is already thinking about next year-- so this is good.  I was wondering if the 105 degree weather might deter him??  But as Alex stated, floating down the Wenatchee river was aWesome.

With your generous donations Alex raised just under $6,000!  Both Craig and Alex will be attending the Bridge Builders luncheon during the Festival of Trees in December to be recognized along with many others for their efforts.  Thank you again for all your support!

And so our budding film director/producer, was very excited to put together this new imovie which features both photos and video taken with Craig's iphone.  this lil' movie gives you a glimpse of the ride through his eyes-- a fun perspective.   Enjoy!!

 

budding film director?

all last week mr. a had been very busy- you see, he was working on a project with his buddies... a secret project.  we had no clue until the day before the final reveal and at that point it wasn't quite finished but enough for craig n' i to be completely surprised!!  

i had nooooo idea.  there were only bits n' pieces along the way in the form of requests... 'mom, can i use my ipad to record video?'  'mom, can i use some paint?' 'mom, we'll be up at the top of the road for awhile.'  And to all of these requests i said, 'okay' completely in the dark about his project. 

once craig saw the mini reveal he said 'dude, you've got to finish that before we leave!'  and so he did.

apparently mr. a was pretty excited about the upcoming Courage Classic weekend, riding with craig on the tandem over the three mountain passes.  his wheels had been turning and he created this....

so sit back and enjoy this very short, unedited, trailer production created eNtirely by mr. alex....
